APPLICATION FOR AUTHORISATION
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Submarine Cables Act 2003 that Celtix Connect Ltd. of 51-54 Pearse Street, Dublin 2 has applied to the Department of Infrastructure for authorisation under the said Act for the purpose of installation and maintenance of the fibre optic Havhingsten Telecommunication Cable with proposed landing sites at Port Erin and Port Grenaugh, Isle of Man.
A copy of the application and supporting documents including relevant maps, plans and drawings are available for inspection for the next 28 days, free of charge, at the Second Floor, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas and at Thie Slieau Whallian, Foxdale Road, St. Johns.

Any person who wishes to make representations in respect of the authorisation of the application should do so to the Department in writing, giving reasons, within 28 working days of publication of this Notice (quoting ref: 190730), to:-

Representations can be made via email to havhingstencable.DOI@gov.im. The closing date for submissions is 17:00 on 22nd November 2019.
All representations received will be forwarded to the applicant for comment prior to any decision being made in the matter. Material upon which the Department shall determine this application may be published on the Government website.
